Once you're order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail  from us confirming that indeed your order has been placed. Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email  which includes a tracking number for your parcel, so you can continue to follow its progress. If you don't see any inital e-mail from us upon placing your order, please check in your junk mail.

Currently,  we only ship to a few countries. We're looking forward to expand our shipping territories in the the near future as our brand continue to grow.

If you received an incorrect or defective item which is different from the one you orignally purchased, there are have 2 solutions:

1.We can refund you the price of  these items excluding delivery expenses once we receive the defective/incorrect items and inspect the condition of the garments.

2. We can exchange defective/ incorrect Items for the original correct item purchased at no extra charge.

Items must be in orginal unworn condition with all labels still attached.

Please check your e-mail to see whether we have sent you an e-mail informing you that one of the items in your order is not available. In this case, we will either refund you the coresponding amount for that item or send the missing item at a later date. We will allow you to make a decision.

If you have not received any e-mail, kindly  contact us at info@modestglory.ca and will we reply to you as soon as possible.

Promotion codes are to be added on the shopping bag page. You can enter the code there before proceeding to Checkout. Please Enter the Code exactly as it was given to you. If the code isn’t working, please check if it has been spelled correctly and no extra spaces or characters have been added. Please note, some discounts like "free shipping" after making a purchase of a certain amount are applied automatically during checkout.

*Only one promotional code may be used per purchase.

We start to preparing your order as soon as you place it which means that if you change your mind , there is a very limited time to amend or cancel it. So if you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact us at info@modestglory.ca as soon as possible. Please note that once the order has been shipped, you can no longer cancel or change your order. Your only solution will be to return any unwanted items once you have received your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 10 days to return it back to us. You can begin your request by contacting us. Please visit our Returns and Exchanges page to learn all about our policies before making the request.

A pre-order item is an item that we will be selling in the future but we haven't got the stock in our warehouse just yet.

Our customers can reserve the pre-order item in advance by ordering it so that they can receive it once the stock has arrived in stock.

You can usually check the estimated arrival dates (ETA) on the product page or contact us for more informations. Please note that this is an estimate only and we can't guarantee that it will arrive exactly on that date. The ETA is subject to change if the stock delivery is delayed by our supplier.

If you order a pre-order item with other products in the same order, the entire order will be placed on hold and will be shipped out together at the same time when the pre-order item arrives. In order to avoid delays on your order, do not order an item in stock together with a preorder item. If you urgently need the item in stock, Order seperately from the preorder item.

If you’re looking to purchase a preorder item for an event coming up, we would suggest that you order an item that is already in stock to avoid disappointment in case the delivery is delayed by our supplier.
